Garden Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute garden and landscape projects.
• Maintain lawns, plantations, and trees; monitor plant health and manage pest and disease control.
• Manage irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, manual); optimize water use and maintain pumps and pipelines.
• Supervise, guide, and train sevardars and volunteers.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, admin, and procurement teams.
• Track project timelines and ensure timely execution.
• Procure plants, tools, and materials; manage vendors and inventory.
• Report on progress, maintenance, and plant performance; identify issues and recommend solutions.

Skills

• computer skills to manage Backoffice work, email, attendance, preparing reports, monthly analytical garden work and presentations.
• 3-7 years of hands-on experience in garden or landscape management.
• Strong knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, and soil management.
• Proven leadership experience managing large outdoor spaces and teams.
