🚀 We’re Hiring: Game Designer – Level Designer (Unity) 📍 AMGO Games | Hyderabad We are looking for a creative and passionate Game Designer / Level Designer with experience in Hyper Casual, Hybrid Casual, and Puzzle mobile games. 🎯 Responsibilities: • Create unique game concepts and gameplay ideas inspired by market trends, movies, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends • Design engaging levels, missions, mechanics, reward systems, onboarding experiences, and gameplay flow • Create detailed Game Design Documents (GDD) covering gameplay, UI/UX, monetization, retention, level balancing, and progression systems • Develop immersive and addictive gameplay experiences for mobile players • Collaborate with developers, artists, and designers throughout the full game development cycle • Conduct playtesting sessions and improve gameplay quality based on feedback • Support and guide other Game Designers on ongoing and future projects ✅ Requirements: • 1–4 years of experience as a Game Designer / Level Designer • Experience working on Hyper Casual, Hybrid Casual, and Puzzle mobile games • Strong understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, game balancing, retention, reward systems, and monetization strategies • Experience creating GDDs and level design documentation • Creative thinking, storytelling ability, and strong problem-solving skills • Basic programming understanding is a plus • Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability 🛠 Technical Tools: • Unity (2D & 3D) • Photoshop • Illustrator • Figma • Sketching / Drawing • Illustration ⭐ Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of playable ads, creatives, and ad-based game content • Good understanding of color theory and asset selection • Experience in game analytics and funnel optimization 📩 Send your resume & portfolio to: hr.amgogames@gmail.com
