Key responsibilities:
- Execution of Preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance & routine maintenance activities.
- To review utility equipment operation and to take prompt trouble shooting action.
- To review utility / maintenance logbooks & keep maintain records accordingly.
- To execute the Preventive maintenance plan of Equipment.
- To Perform Qualification/ Re-qualification of the equipment (Plant and Utility).
- To follow all safety norms & use PPE s as per requirement.
- Contractor s bill checking.
- To raise indents for spares of equipment & modification related jobs.
- HVAC related Maintenance & Validation activity.
- Follow the activities instruction time to time and report to reporting manager on time.
