Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Treasury Operations to support Middle Office activities across Foreign Exchange (FX) and Money Market (MM) products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in trade processing, settlements, cash accounting, exception management, and treasury operations within an investment banking or financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process FX and Money Market transactions within defined timelines.
• Perform trade capture, matching, settlement, and cash accounting activities.
• Monitor client transactions to ensure timely and accurate settlement.
• Investigate and resolve cash, settlement, and FX-related queries.
• Work closely with custodians, brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve trade and cash exceptions.
• Handle failed trades and cash breaks, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor client positions and ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Report operational exceptions and escalate issues as required.
• Perform prefunding activities and support treasury cash management.
• Maintain adherence to internal controls, operational procedures, and client SLAs.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills

• 2 - 5 years of experience in Treasury Operations, FX Operations, Money Market Operations, Settlements, or Middle Office.
• Good understanding of:
• Foreign Exchange products (Spot, Forward, Swaps)
• Money Market Instruments (Term Deposits, etc.)
• Cash Payments and Payment Processing
• Cash Accounting
• Trade Matching & Settlement
