Job Description:
We are looking for a fundraising professional with experience in real estate financing, debt raising and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise funds through banks, NBFCs, AIFs, HNIs and other investors.
• Manage construction finance, LAP, LRD, project finance and refinancing.
• Build and maintain relationships with lenders and investors.
• Handle financial modelling, cash flow projections, debt structuring and funding documentation.
• Monitor loan covenants, treasury and liquidity.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in real estate fundraising.
• Strong bank/NBFC relationships and knowledge of the Kolkata real estate market.
• Good Hindi and working-level English communication skills.
• Relocation considered only for Kolkata natives with prior local market experience.
