About this role
We are seeking a results-driven Fundraising Coordinator to drive donor engagement, manage multi-site school campaigns, and deliver impactful stakeholder communications.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of corporate relations or sales experience, master-level proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and a passion for managing data-backed fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Donor Collateral Reports: Develop compelling donor proposals, fund utilization reports, and impact summaries to secure and retain funding.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate donor databases, ensure data integrity, maintain strict confidentiality, and deliver timely reports.
- Campaign Event Coordination: Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, donor engagement activities, and public fundraising events.
- Stakeholder Communication: Create periodic donor updates and social media content; coordinate across multiple school locations and internal teams for data collection and alignment.
- Relationship Management: Build strong donor relationships by resolving queries promptly and delivering an exceptional donor experience.
- Performance Analytics: Analyze fundraising metrics and generate actionable, data-driven reports for management review.
