Fundraising Consultant / Capital Raising Specialist (Stock Broking Exp

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Expert who can actively source investors, make calls, manage the pipeline, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential investors (HNIs, Family Offices, Institutions, and relevant networks)
• Make outbound calls (warm and cold), schedule meetings, and manage follow-ups
• Pitch the opportunity effectively and handle investor queries
• Drive the entire fundraising process from lead generation to deal closure
• Maintain a strong pipeline and regularly report progress
• Support in preparation of investor materials (pitch deck, teasers, etc.) as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in fundraising / capital raising with a track record of making calls and closing deals
• Prior experience in stock broking, equity sales, HNI desk, or capital markets sales is highly preferred
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver results
• Good network among HNIs / Family Offices / Institutional investors will be an added advantage

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience working with full-service brokers (ICICI Securities, HDFC Securities, Kotak, Motilal Oswal, Nuvama, Angel One, etc.) or similar capital market roles
• Hands-on experience in private placements, structured deals, or equity fundraising
