Role Overview

• We are looking for a research-oriented Research Intern - Unlisted Shares to support our Product Development team.
• The role involves conducting fundamental research on unlisted and pre-IPO companies, analyzing business fundamentals, tracking industry developments, and assisting in preparing investment research reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental research on unlisted, pre-IPO, and private companies across sectors.
• Analyze business models, financial statements, management quality, valuation, and growth potential.
• Track industry trends, company developments, funding activities, and regulatory updates.
• Prepare company profiles, research notes, and investment briefs.
• Collect, organize, and maintain company and market data using Microsoft Excel.
• Support the team in identifying potential investment opportunities in the unlisted market.

Eligibility

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in equity research, private markets, and capital markets.
• Basic knowledge of financial statement analysis and Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical, research, and communication skills.
