Fund Raising Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Donor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and grantmakers.
• Grant Management & Compliance: Manage the complete grant cycle, agreements, compliance, and reporting requirements.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, milestones, fund utilization, and donor reports.
• Donor Communication: Prepare donor communications and support donor-facing content.
• Prospecting & Research: Identify potential corporates, foundations, and funding opportunities and maintain the donor pipeline.
• System & Profile Management: Maintain donor databases, CRM systems, and organizational profiles on relevant platforms.
• General Support: Handle donor queries and support the Resource Mobilization team with cross-functional activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 5-10 years in fundraising, donor relations, CSR partnerships, or grant management in the development sector.
• Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Team Management: Experience managing a team of 4 employees.
• Key Skills: Strong communication, relationship management, project and time management, strategic thinking, writing and editing, compliance, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor CRM systems.
