Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage fundraising campaigns from conceptualization to execution, ensuring timely delivery and meeting targets.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing donors, identifying opportunities for upselling and retention.
  
• Identify new potential donors through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Programmes) to develop marketing materials and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
  
• Analyze data on donor engagement and response rates to optimize future fundraising strategies.
