Minimum Experience

• Consultant: 2+ years

We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in:

• End-to-end Private Equity Fund Accounting or Private Credit Funds
• Capital Calls and Distributions
• Management Fee calculations and expense allocations
• Waterfall calculations and Equalization
• GAV/NAV preparation and review
• GP/LP reporting and investor reporting
• Fund performance metrics (IRR, TWRR, ROC)
• Quarter-end fund reporting activities
• Financial Statement preparation and review
• Fund Controllership activities
• Lux GAAP and/or US GAAP (preferred)
• Stakeholder management and fund onboarding support
