Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Role Purpose
Responsible for supporting Finance, Accounting, Audit, Regulatory Compliance, Taxation and Governance functions.
Finance & Accounting

• Vendor payments, GST and TDS compliance
• Trial Balance preparation and support to Corporate Office
• Ledger management and reconciliations
• Brokerage processing coordination
• FA & RTA coordination

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

• Reporting to IFSCA, SEZ, SEBI, RBI and tax authorities
• Monitor regulatory changes and incorporate the same in PPM
• Ensure compliance across operations
• Handle stakeholder data requests

Audit Management

• Internal audits
• Statutory audits
• Regulatory audits
• Audit documentation and closure

Taxation & Filings

• GST, TDS and corporate tax coordination
• Work with tax consultants
• Timely statutory filings

Management & Governance

• MIS and management reporting
• Coordination with regulators
• Maintain governance documentation
• Board and regulatory reporting packs
• Support any strategic initiatives that may be require from time to time.

Qualifications
CA Final

• Accounting and financial reporting
• GST and TDS knowledge
• Audit and compliance exposure
• Advanced MS Excel
• Strong analytical and communication skills
