Fund Accountant, Real Asset & Private Equity

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Calculate Net Asset Value (NAV) for private equity funds using various methods such as market value or net asset value per share.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly/quarterly/year-end financial reports for investors and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to identify areas of improvement in fund operations and implement process enhancements.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years' experience in fund accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial statement preparation, NAV calculation, and private equity fund structures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software; ability to learn new systems quickly.
