About this role
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Functional Trainee. This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.
Roles and Responsibility - Assist in the development and implementation of new business processes and systems.
- Provide support to the operations team in resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
