Functional Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Design, develop, and execute test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and Regression Testing.
• Validate end-to-end workflows covering positive, negative, alternate, and exception scenarios.
• Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Log, track, prioritize, and manage defects through resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and Product Owners.
• Conduct peer reviews of test cases, test plans, and execution results.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with QA standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.
