Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Insurance QA Analyst / Test Engineer with mandatory hands-on experience in Guidewire applications and strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and Claims Management.

Mandatory Skills

• Hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
• Strong understanding of P&C Insurance business processes.
• Experience in functional testing of insurance applications.
• Knowledge of policy administration, underwriting, claims processing, billing, endorsements, and renewals.
• Experience in System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, and UAT support.
• Test case design, test execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Validate end-to-end insurance workflows using Guidewire applications.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare test reports, testing metrics, and status updates.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Guidewire implementation, migration, transformation, or upgrade experience.
• Guidewire certification.
