Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with business and HR stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Design and configure HCM solutions based on business needs.
• Implement and support Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence modules.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
• Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT and end-user training.
• Support integrations with ERP and third-party applications.
• Provide SME guidance on HR process optimization and best practices.
• Handle production support, issue resolution, and enhancements.
• Lead workshops and client discussions.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Fusion HCM / SuccessFactors / Workday Certification.
• Experience in at least 2-3 HCM modules.
• Knowledge of HR employee lifecycle processes.
• Stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
