Functional Safety Experts

Seeking an experienced Functional Safety Engineer with strong expertise in ISO 26262, Systems Engineering, and safety modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review safety work products including Item Definition, HARA, Safety Goals, FSC, FSR, TSC, and TSR.
• Define safety concepts, fault handling strategies, and safety mechanisms.
• Create behavioural models and sequence diagrams using IBM Rhapsody (UML/SysML).
• Manage safety requirements and traceability using Polarion/DOORS.
• Collaborate with System, Software, Hardware, Architecture, and Verification teams.
• Support safety reviews, assessments, audits, and customer discussions.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of ISO 26262 Functional Safety.
• Experience in System Engineering, Requirements Engineering, and Safety Requirement Allocation.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Rhapsody, Polarion, DOORS/DOORS Next, and Medini Analyze.
• Good understanding of SOTIF (ISO 21448) and safety-driven system design.

Preferred: Experience mentoring engineers and leading functional safety activities across the product lifecycle
