Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), process flows, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams for requirement gathering and project execution.
- Drive project discussions, requirement clarification sessions, and status updates with clients.
- Ensure project deliverables are aligned with timelines and business expectations.
- Coordinate and support testing activities including SIT/UAT.
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Maintain proper project and functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong product and domain knowledge.
- Excellent client interaction and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in BRD/FRD creation and functional documentation.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle management.
- Experience in testing coordination and requirement validation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Experience in Banking/Financial domain is preferred.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, DevOps, or similar project tracking tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
