Functional Consultant

7. Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel across India and overseas, depending on client and project requirements.

The individual will act as an intermediary between the company and its customers, understanding business requirements, analyzing functional needs, and identifying suitable solutions using the Wrench Project Management Software.

The role involves providing functional support, coordinating with project and site teams, managing customer requirements, and ensuring timely resolution of issues to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support: Receive and respond to customer support calls, providing procedural guidance and functional assistance.
2. Support Log Management: Create, maintain, and update support logs to track customer queries, issues, and their resolution status.
3. Requirements Analysis: Understand site-specific requirements for projects transitioned to the support team and assess their feasibility within the Wrench Project Management Software.
4. Release and Sprint Management: Create Requirement Specifications (RS) and sprint plans for identified requirements, coordinate with relevant teams, and manage the release of required software builds.
5. Project Coordination: Assist site teams in project-related assignments and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
6. MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports related to support activities, project progress, and issue resolution.
7. Functional Support: Provide functional inputs for new configurations, clarify software functionalities, and assist in addressing customer-specific requirements.
8. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, proactively address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Client Site Visits: Travel to client sites across India or overseas, as required by project needs, to provide on-site support and coordinate project activities.
