Nagarro is looking for a Senior Workday Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Workday configuration, business processes, testing, implementation, enhancements, and production support.

The candidate must have functional expertise in at least 3–4 Workday modules. Core HCM experience is preferred. This is a purely functional Workday role.

Experience in at least 3–4 of the following modules is required:

• Core HCM.

• Absence.

• Time Tracking.

• Benefits.

• Learning.

• Recruiting.

• Candidate Engagement.

• Advanced Compensation.

• Talent Optimization.

• Gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis with HR and business stakeholders.

• Configure Workday modules, business processes, approvals, validations, notifications, and eligibility rules.

• Support Workday implementations, enhancements, testing, UAT, releases, and production issues.

• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user guides.

• Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements.

• Collaborate with HR, payroll, reporting, security, and other Workday teams.

• Provide functional guidance, user support, and knowledge transfer.

• 11–15 years of total experience.

• 5+ years of relevant Workday functional experience.

• Hands-on experience in at least 3–4 Workday modules.

• Strong knowledge of Workday configuration and business process framework.

• Experience with Workday testing, UAT, defect resolution, and release management.

• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Workday certification in one or more functional modules.

• Experience in end-to-end Workday implementation or AMS projects.

• Knowledge of Workday reporting, calculated fields, security, and data privacy.

• Experience working in Agile or global HR transformation projects.

• Total experience: 11–15 years.

• Relevant Workday functional experience: 5+ years.

• Experience in at least 3–4 Workday modules.

• Core HCM experience is preferred.

• Candidates with only Workday integration, technical development, or reporting experience are not suitable.
