Functional Consultant (o9)

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to supply chain planning and operations.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions using the o9 platform.
• Configure o9 modules and workflows based on business processes.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and future-state requirements.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, solution designs, and user stories.
• Support implementation of demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP/IBP, and related processes.
• Configure planning parameters, business rules, workflows, alerts, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and developers for solution integration and customization.
• Conduct functional testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Support data validation, master data setup, and data integration activities.
• Lead workshops, product demonstrations, training sessions, and knowledge-transfer activities.
• Support deployment, production stabilization, and post-go-live activities.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, training materials, and user guides.
• Min 4 years in SCM, Supply planning, 3 years with o9 implementations.
