Functional Consultant Intern

Job Summary

Gain practical ERPNext implementation experience through structured training and hands-on exposure to live projects, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, documentation, UAT, and client support.

Responsibilities

• Assist consultants in gathering and documenting client requirements
• Support ERPNext configuration based on business requirements
• Understand and document client business processes and workflows
• Assist with testing and identifying functional issues
• Support UAT activities and maintain testing documentation
• Prepare functional and project-related documentation
• Assist consultants in client communication and support activities
• Learn ERPNext modules and implementation processes through live projects

Requirements

• Basic understanding of ERP and business processes
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of requirement gathering and documentation
• Willingness to learn ERPNext and functional consulting
• Ability to understand and document business workflows
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
