Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze European order-to-cash requirements and integrate them into SAP SD processes in S/4HANA.
• Identify process issues and bottlenecks, and propose improvements through cross-team coordination.
• Define functional specifications and user stories, and support configuration and customization activities.
• Assist with test planning and execution to ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements.
• Resolve L2-L3 incidents, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and maintain SOx-compliant documentation.

Skills Required:

• 5 years of hands-on experience as an analyst on SAP SD module managing order-to-cash processes.
• SAP SD functional experience in S/4HANA (order-to-cash processes).
• Configuration and functional design for SAP SD in S/4HANA.
• Test plans support and validation of SD functionality.
• Incident management, root cause analysis, and SOx adherence for change documentation. Good to Have:
• SAP MM and SAP FI exposure for SD integration scenarios.
• SAP Fiori Apps experience.
• Stakeholder management experience across business and IT teams.
• ServiceNow and SAP Solution Manager familiarity.
• Knowledge of Resource Related Billing and European regulations/TAX directives.

Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree in Economics or Finance or Information Technology.
