Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Functional Business Analyst located in Gurugram, with an option for some remote work. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating process flows, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure business needs are effectively translated into functional solutions. Responsibilities also include supporting project delivery, identifying areas for process improvement, and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and provide insights for decision-making
• Expertise in Business Analysis and Business Process to identify improvement opportunities and streamline workflows
• Proven ability to gather and articulate Business Requirements accurately
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams
• Proficiency in project documentation tools and techniques is an advantage
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in relevant industries is a plus (e.g., Travel, e-Commerce, Telecom)
