Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement elicitation sessions.
• Create process maps, user stories, business requirements documents, and functional specifications.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across wealth management and advisory services.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Reviews.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Technology Teams, Architects, and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Perform gap analysis and recommend business process improvements.
• Support business case development, benefits tracking, and change impact assessments.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience working in digital environments and transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, SAFe frameworks, and Program Increment (PI) Planning.
• Excellent Business Analysis skills including:
• Requirements Gathering
• Process Mapping
• Gap Analysis
• User Story Creation
• Stakeholder Management
• Strong domain expertise in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Wealth Advisory.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge of advisory platforms, CRM systems, RM Workbenches, and digital wealth journeys.

• Experience supporting wealth onboarding, portfolio advisory, investment servicing, and digital client experience initiatives.
