Functional Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct business analysis to identify requirements for new features and enhancements in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions that meet business needs.
• Analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions on product development and customer engagement.
• Develop detailed documentation of project plans, progress updates, and issue resolutions.

Job Requirements :

• 8 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce Functional Analysis, Business Analysis, or Salesforce Implementations.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional solution design.
• Strong proficiency in user story creation, acceptance criteria definition, and process mapping.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Good understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities and platform functionality.
• Experience with functional testing, UAT planning, defect management, and release processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, security concepts, and platform best practices.
• Understanding of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, integration patterns, and data migration activities.
• Experience working with Jira, ServiceNow (SNOW), Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into simple and scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and enterprise-scale Salesforce programs.
• Excellent presentation, workshop facilitation, and requirement elicitation skills.
• Functional understanding of Salesforce Flow, Apex, Lightning Components, and LWC.
• Experience working on large-scale global Salesforce transformation programs.
• Exposure to SAFe Agile or scaled Agile delivery frameworks.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration architectures and CRM transformation initiatives.
• Experience in data migration, reporting, and dashboard requirements.
