• Industry experience in BMC firmware development for Side-band/Out-of-band server management.
• Experience in OpenBMC stack development mandatory.
• Experience on redfish and PLDM.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven foundation in C programming.
• Strong methodical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with computer architecture.
• Familiar with source control systems such as Git and Perforce.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
• Experience with debug tools such as logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, and JTAG de-buggers.
