Fullstack Technical Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of developers to design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, and PHP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks based on business needs.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing guidance to the development team.
• Develop technical roadmaps for new projects or features by working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.

Job Requirements :

• 11-19 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a Manager or Senior Technical Lead.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js (including Express), React.js (including Redux), TypeScript programming languages.
• Experience with Golang is an added advantage but not mandatory.
