Full Stack Technical Lead with strong expertise in

React.js, TypeScript, and Python or Java to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of mentoring engineers while driving architecture and engineering best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack applications.
• Own features end-to-end, including architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Lead coding standards, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor developers through technical guidance, architecture discussions, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Monitor application performance and reliability using production metrics and customer feedback.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.
• Strong backend development experience with Python or Java and REST API design.
• Experience with AWS or GCP, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of system design, software architecture, scalability, and performance optimization.
