Fullstack Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, and microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure high-quality code by implementing coding standards, testing frameworks, and continuous integration pipelines.
• Lead the development team in delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations.

Job Requirements :

• 10-13 years of experience in software engineering with expertise in full stack development (Node.js & React.js).
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles for large-scale systems.
• Experience with technical architecture planning, design architecture implementation.
