Fullstack Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Full Stack Technical Lead with strong expertise across both backend and frontend development, especially Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, and modern JavaScript frontend frameworks such as React or Angular. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, cloud-savvy (preferably in AWS or Azure), and capable of leading development teams while contributing as a hands-on individual contributor across the entire stack. This role is ideal for candidates operating at or near Architect-level proficiency, with a strong foundation in both backend systems and modern frontend engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable full stack systems using Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular).
• Architect end-to-end solutions spanning backend services, APIs, and frontend applications with clean code practices, high availability, and performance at scale.
• Drive the adoption of modern development frameworks, patterns, and tools across both frontend and backend teams.
• Mentor and guide a team of full stack engineers while also contributing directly to code and architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA teams, and DevOps to ensure seamless delivery and deployment.
• Define and maintain API structures, data models, component architecture, and service integration strategies.
• Handle performance tuning across the stack, cloud deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Champion best practices in full stack development, code reviews, and team processes.

Required Skill-sets:

• 8-12 years of total experience in full stack development, spanning both backend and frontend.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB on the backend.
• Strong hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proven experience with at least one cloud platform preferably AWS or Azure.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system design principles.
• Solid grasp of frontend architecture, state management, and responsive UI development.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for scalable, high-quality full stack architecture.
• Experience working both as an individual contributor and as a team lead.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidates with experience close to an Architect-level profile.
• Well-rounded full stack professionals with demonstrated strength across both frontend and backend.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is a plus.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.
