Fullstack Lead ( NodeJS + ReactJS )

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in NodeJS, ReactJS, ExpressJS, NextJS, NestJS, AWS, and Agile methodologies. This role requires a mix of Technical Leadership (50%) and Individual Contribution (50%). The candidate will manage client interactions, lead a development team, own end-to-end delivery, conduct code reviews, resolve technical challenges, and actively contribute to application development.

Leadership & Delivery Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery.
• Act as the primary client-facing technical lead.
• Manage and mentor the development team.
• Support developers in resolving day-to-day technical challenges.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and release management.
• Ensure quality, timelines, and engineering best practices.

Technical Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using ReactJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS, NextJS, and NestJS.
• Build microservices and cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Develop REST APIs and backend services.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Implement Redux Toolkit for state management.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Harness, or similar tools.
• Work closely with UI/UX teams.
• Remain hands-on as a 50% Individual Contributor.

Preferred Experience

• React Native
• AWS API Gateway, Lambda, and Step Functions
• Multi-domain enterprise architectures
• Awareness of .NET technologies
• Orchid platform knowledge
