Fullstack Lead- MERN

At LeadSquared, our Converse platform powers conversations across WhatsApp, SMS, push and other channels and is used across multiple products.

Were looking for a Lead Software Engineer to own and scale high-throughput, distributed and event-driven systems.

What you’ll do

Design and build scalable, multi-tenant backend systems

Own messaging pipelines and third-party integrations

Drive architecture, technical design and production reliability

Mentor engineers and lead larger technical workstreams

Work across backend and real-time user-facing systems

What we’re looking for

6+ years of backend engineering experience

Strong Node.js/TypeScript, Java, Go or C#

Experience with distributed/event-driven systems

Strong React + TypeScript experience

Hands-on experience with APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure

Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives

Good to have: Kafka/Pulsar/Kinesis, Redis Streams, AWS, WebSockets, CPaaS/messaging platforms, multi-tenant SaaS.
