Fullstack Java Application Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex software applications using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop technical roadmaps.
• Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards throughout the development process.
• Provide guidance on best practices for core Java development, React.JS integration, and microservices architecture.

Job Requirements :

• 7-10 years of experience in leading or managing IT projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in core Java development with proficiency in Spring Boot framework.
• Experience working with React.JS frontend technology for building user interfaces.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams through complex projects from concept to delivery.
