Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer who can design, build, and scale mission-critical systems used by global hotel brands. You will work across backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems while partnering closely with Product, Design, and Architecture teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and operate scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS ECS.
• Build responsive, performant, and accessible web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Redux or similar state-management frameworks.
• Design and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs across frontend and backend systems.
• Build low-latency, high-throughput asynchronous workflows using Kafka, SQS, or similar messaging technologies.
• Design and optimize data workflows and contribute to scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or ScyllaDB.
• Build cloud-native systems designed for high availability, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance, reliability, and observability.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Architecture, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to architecture and technical decisions across the application lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Strong frontend development experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Redux or equivalent.
• Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade microservices.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, SQS, or similar messaging systems.
• Experience with AWS, preferably AWS ECS and related cloud-native services.
• Strong database experience with one or more of MySQL, MongoDB, or ScyllaDB.
• Experience working with scalable, high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data platforms.
• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with performance optimization and large-scale production systems.
• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, logging, and production troubleshooting.
• Experience working in high-growth product or enterprise engineering environments.
