Position Details

• Role: Fullstack Engineer
• Position: Permanent
• Location: Mumbai / Bhubaneswar
• Experience: 5+ years
• Working Days: 5 Days
• Notice Period: Immediate or 30 days max.
• Mandatory Skillset: Front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React. Back-end technologies: Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable and high-performance web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Maintain code quality through code reviews and automated tests.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as Next JS, Flask, Django -
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript -Angular, React, Node.js, XML, jQuery)
• Familiarity with some of databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, AWS Redis,), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python
• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (eg: Git, BitBucket)
• Develop and maintain frontend components using React.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-10 years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Strong experience with back-end technologies: Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Proficient in database design and management: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of serverless computing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
