Fullstack Engineer

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years of full-stack development experience: you have built and shipped real products, not just side projects.
• Strong Python and JavaScript / TypeScript skills across backend and frontend.
• Deep experience with relational databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQLite; complex queries; schema design; and migrations.
• Solid experience with Docker and containerisation.
• Ability to read and navigate unfamiliar open-source codebases quickly and confidently.
• Strong problem-solving instincts: you figure things out and don't wait to be told.
• Attention to detail - data quality and environment reliability are non-negotiable in our work.
• Startup or freelance experience preferred; comfortable with fast-moving priorities and limited resources.
