Fullstack Engineer (Platform Engineering)

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in Full Stack and Backend Engineering.
• Mandatory: B. Tech in Computer Science (CSE) from a Tier-1 engineering institute (IITs, IIITs, BITS Pilani, top NITs).
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
• Experience with React.js or modern frontend frameworks.
• Strong experience designing scalable backend services and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerised applications.
• Strong understanding of AWS/GCP/Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Experience with Linux, networking fundamentals, and platform reliability.
• Strong understanding of microservices, API design, and cloud-native architectures.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Kubernetes Operators or Helm.
• Exposure to platform engineering or internal developer platforms.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or event-driven systems.
• Knowledge of security best practices, IAM, and secrets management.
• Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure or GPU-based workloads.
• Strong backend and platform engineering mindset.
• Ability to build highly scalable, reliable cloud-native systems.
• Ownership of deployment, automation, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Passion for improving developer productivity and platform reliability.
