Job Description: Full stack Engineer (HS & E applications) – Technical Lead (Exp: 8 - 12 Years) We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fullstack Engineer to join our team as a Technical Lead to Support the existing IT team in the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of HS&E applications. The role aims to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of data with government standards. The focus is to enhance and further develop the existing in-house tool stack or to implement custom programs and applications when standard solutions are insufficient. The implementator will work closely with business stakeholders and the local IT team to address business-specific requirements and enhance the overall functionality of the HS&E landscape.

• At least, 6 years of experience in full stack development in large scale projects
• Experience with .NET6 or higher (C#), Angular 16 or higher, WPF, HTML5, Visual Studio & TFS, GIT…
• Hands-on experience with the deployment, hypercare and maintenance of a large-scale project, including branching strategies, deployment pipelines and CI/CD setup.
• Experience working on SQL environments. (database: SQL server)
• Knowledge and feeling with good UX for front-end development both for web-based applications (in Angular/Typescript) AND client based applications in WPF
• Demonstratable experience applying agile methodologies (SCRUM).
• Experienced in performance and tuning.
• Experienced in XML and REST Web services
• Proficiency with API documentation tools and the OpenAPI specification
• Experience working with messaging systems (ASB, RabbitMQ,)
• Experience working with Entity Framework
• Experienced with architectural concepts like event driven design, DDD, TDD and microservices
• Stress resistant as some of the applications guarantee people can get home alive and well, so bugs can’t remain unsolved for long
• Willingness for being included in an on-call team
• Able to write new and extend existing code both in project and evolutive maintenance mode
• Experience in EHS systems, regulations, Compliance tools, or Industrial Safety Solutions and integration experience with major ERP/EHS systems
• Experience with .NET in Azure cloud
• Experience in testing automatized tools.
• Experience with data encryption methods
• Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes via SSIS
• Knowledge of external tooling that is used like Kitry or Intellex
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience with large language models and understand when the can and cannot be applied

Roles & Responsibilities Understand business needs: Validate incoming change requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards and business rules. Challenge key users in case of unclarities or contradictions.

Tool adaptation and implementation: Adapt and enrich standard HS&E tooling for business-specific requirements. Design and implement new programs and apps from specific business needs when the existing portfolio doesn’t match up.

Data integration: Integrate with external systems, third-party APIs, and cloud services as needed to deliver comprehensive features

Problem solving and support: Answering (basic) questions by end-users, identify anomalies, and take corrective actions, either through a root-cause analysis, bug fixing, workaround…

Data quality: Monitor data quality and resolve data-related issues by working with business units and IT.

Agile development: Actively participate in agile way of working, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, providing accurate time estimates for tasks

Documentation and testing: Create comprehensive documentation for unit tests.

On guard duty: Take up membership of the corresponding guard-duty
