2. Basic Requirements

3. Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade web using .NET Core, React/ Angular, Ionic (Optional). The individual will own end-to-end delivery of product features – from backend services and APIs through to frontend into working, high-quality, secure, and scalable code.

4. Major Activities / Principal Accountabilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core for core product features.
• Build and consume secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Develop responsive, high-quality web frontend using React using Ionic.
• Write clean, modular, well-documented, and testable code following secure coding and Secure SDLC practices.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing to ensure high quality and maintainability.
• Work within CI/CD pipelines, contribute to branching strategy discipline, and support automated build/release processes.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and Product teams to deliver features on time with minimal defects.
• Optimize application performance across web platforms.
• Implement authentication/authorization (OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC) and follow data security and encryption best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Stay current with engineering best practices and proactively suggest improvements to team workflows and code quality.

5. Core Skills

• Full Stack Development: Strong hands-on experience across backend (.NET Core) and frontend (React & Angular, Ionic) development.
• API & Microservices: Experience designing/consuming REST APIs and working with microservices-based architectures.
• Quality Engineering: Unit testing, automated testing, and adherence to coding standards.
• Security Awareness: Understanding of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization, and data protection.
• Collaboration: Ability to work closely with Dev, QA, and DevOps in an agile environment.
• Problem Solving: Strong debugging and analytical skills for complex, cross-layer issues.
• AI Development Tools: Copilot, Claude

6. Technical Skill

• Backend: .NET Core (Version 5/6/8/10+), C#, RESTful API development.
• Frontend/Web: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Mobile/Hybrid (Option): Ionic Framework (with React).
• Database: SQL Server / Azure SQL Database; familiarity with ORMs such as Entity Framework Core.
• Cloud & DevOps(Good To Have): Working knowledge of Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP; exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.
• Other: Microservices, API strategies, basic observability/logging practices.

7. Good-to-Have Skill

• Exposure to Angular is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with IoT-connected applications or device data integration.
• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and basic Infrastructure-as-Code concepts.
• Experience working in a global, enterprise, multi-team engineering environment.
