Fullstack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications supporting digital banking platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across backend and frontend technologies, with hands-on experience in building high-performance applications using Node.js, Express.js, ReactJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.

The role requires a strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and modern software engineering practices. The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Platform, Architecture, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions while driving automation and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications for digital banking platforms.
• Build and enhance backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and event-driven microservices.
• Develop scalable solutions using MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.
• Implement microservices architecture and distributed system patterns.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
• Implement security, monitoring, logging, and observability best practices.
• Automate development, testing, deployment, and operational processes.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture design sessions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Backend Development
