Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer with experience in web application development, AI-based solutions, Voice AI, and BPO technology platforms. The candidate should be capable of developing scalable applications and integrating AI-powered voice solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
• Develop front-end and back-end applications using modern technologies.
• Work on AI-powered voice solutions, Voicebots, Dialers, and RAG-based voice systems.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain real-time communication and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve BPO operations through technology.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.

Required Technical Skills

• Frontend: React.js, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Backend: Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technologies.
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• AI & Voice Technology: Voice AI, Voicebots, RAG, LLM integration, conversational AI.
• Telephony: Dialer integration, SIP, WebRTC, or contact centre platforms.
• Others: REST APIs, Git, cloud platforms, and software deployment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in BPO, contact centre technology, or customer experience platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI calling solutions, automated dialers, or Voice AI.
• Knowledge of real-time voice processing and AI-based automation.
