Fullstack Developer

Insignia Clinical Services Pvt Ltd (ICS) is seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle Database to design, develop, maintain, and support the organization's proprietary software applications and database systems. The role requires end-to-end ownership of software development, system enhancements, database management, and providing technology solutions across all functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
• Design, manage, and optimize Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL development.
• Develop REST APIs and integrate internal and external systems.
• Create and maintain company-owned software products and business applications.
• Gather business requirements and transform them into practical technology solutions.
• Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation, system architecture, and user guides.
• Troubleshoot application and database issues and implement corrective measures.
• Support automation and digital transformation initiatives within the organization.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular preferred).
• Experience in API development and system integrations.
• Knowledge of Git, Maven, and software development best practices.

Preferred Profile

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of assigned projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
