About Aditi Tracking Support Pvt. Ltd. (ATSPL)

ATSPL is a leading telematics and GPS tracking company serving fleet and transport operators across India. We are building an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant SaaS platform that fleet teams use every day for live tracking, reporting and operational control.

Role Overview

This role exists to take features from database to screen without handoff gaps. You will build backend services and the React interfaces that sit on top of them, and own what you ship through to production. This is a builder role on a live product, not a maintenance role.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js, TypeScript and NestJS
• Design PostgreSQL schemas and queries for a multi-tenant data model
• Develop responsive React interfaces: dashboards, data tables, filters, reports and map-based views
• Own features end to end: design, development, testing, deployment and post-release monitoring
• Handle real-world edge cases such as loading states, API errors, partial data and large datasets
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate actively in code reviews
• Flag performance, security and scalability risks early, and discuss architecture decisions with the Solutions Architect
• Work with Docker-based environments and CI/CD pipelines for deployment

Key Deliverables

• Features delivered to agreed scope and timelines, with working frontend and backend
• Reusable components and well-documented APIs that the team can build on
• Stable releases with minimal post-deployment defects

Required Experience

• 4-7 years of hands-on full stack development, with real strength on both sides (not mostly frontend or mostly backend”)
• Experience shipping a production SaaS or dashboard-style product
• Demonstrated ownership of modules or features, not just ticket execution

Required Skills

• React.js with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Node.js with TypeScript (NestJS preferred; Express or similar with strong fundamentals also considered)
• PostgreSQL: schema design, indexing, query optimization
• REST API design and integration
• State management (Redux, Zustand or equivalent)
• Git workflows and code review discipline
• Working knowledge of Docker

Preferred Skills

• Map libraries (Mapbox, Leaflet, Google Maps API) and data visualization (Recharts, D3, Chart.js)
• Next.js
• Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD
• Experience with multi-tenant architecture, real-time data, or telematics/IoT/logistics products

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT or a related field (equivalent experience considered)

Working Model

Onsite at our Mumbai office. Standard working hours with occasional release-related flexibility.
