Job Description: Full Stack Developer (Vue.js, .NET & Azure)

About the Role

Seven Seas Strategies is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Vue.js, ASP.NET Core, and Microsoft Azure to work on our cloud-based healthcare SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of hands-on Vue.js experience, along with solid backend development skills in .NET Core, REST APIs, and Azure services.

We are looking for a developer who can independently build features, solve technical challenges, and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Vue.js.
• Build reusable Vue components and manage application state using Pinia or Vuex.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs using ASP.NET Core / .NET.
• Work with Entity Framework Core and Azure SQL for database development and optimization.
• Develop and maintain Azure Functions for background processing and automation.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external systems.
• Work with Azure services, including App Service, Blob Storage, Storage Queues, and Cosmos DB.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure data-handling practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with product managers and other developers to deliver new features.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience with Vue.js (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with Vue 3, Composition API, Vue Router, and Pinia/Vuex.
• 4+ years of experience with ASP.NET Core / .NET development.
• Strong experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server / Azure SQL, including queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Experience deploying and maintaining applications on Azure App Service.
• Working knowledge of Azure Functions, Blob Storage, and Storage Queues.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with TypeScript and front-end testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of Azure Cosmos DB and Azure Front Door/CDN.
• Experience developing multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Experience in healthcare IT, clinical laboratories, or medical software.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, HL7, EMR, or LIS integrations.
• Experience with application monitoring and performance optimization.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
