Fullstack Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering initiatives across devices, mobile apps, backend, infrastructure, and developer tooling.
• Work across the stack rather than in a single specialisation.
• App: Flutter (Android tablets), Unity 6, Kotlin.
• Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, MQTT.
• Devices & Tooling: Python, PySide6, Bluetooth/BLE, EEG & tDCS firmware protocols.
• Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, SSM, S3, IAM), Docker, GitHub Actions, Windows & Linux environments.
• Build and maintain automation and developer tooling using TypeScript, Bash, and PowerShell.
• Drive architecture decisions, troubleshoot across layers, and take ownership from design to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and contribute to a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3+ years of professional engineering experience with strong technical breadth across 3+ areas: Backend, Mobile/Native, Cloud/Infrastructure, Embedded/Devices, Data/ML.
• Experience across startup and/or mature engineering environments preferred.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to design, explain and defend technical trade-offs.
• Strong hands-on shipping and automation mindset; comfortable working across multiple layers of the product stack.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
• CS background from a Tier-1/Tier-2 college is a plus, but proven shipped work and technical capability matter more than formal education.
• Interest in building technology that creates meaningful mental-health outcomes.
