Fullstack Developer

Role & responsibilities

1. Full Stack Application Development

• Develop and maintain internal applications as per engineering standards.
• Work across both frontend and backend development.
• Build production-ready, scalable and maintainable applications.
• Develop reusable components to accelerate future application development.

2. API & Enterprise System Integration

• Design and develop APIs and system integrations.
• Integrate applications with SAP, ERP systems, central data platforms and authentication systems.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable data flow between systems.

3. Mobile-First & Shop-Floor Applications

• Design applications for mobile and shop-floor environments.
• Build solutions with minimal-click workflows and fast load times.
• Develop offline-tolerant solutions wherever required.

4. AI & Automation

• Leverage AI technologies and tools for application development and automation.
• Explore AI-driven solutions to improve development efficiency and business processes.

5. Production Support & UAT

• Identify and resolve production bugs quickly.
• Support UAT with business users and incorporate feedback into applications.
• Ensure smooth deployment and adoption of developed solutions.

6. Engineering & Collaboration

• Follow clean coding and engineering practices.
• Build maintainable solutions that can be easily understood by other developers.
• Collaborate with business, technology and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions quickly.
