Fullstack Developer

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer (Java +Angular) to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Java along with hands on experience in modern frontend frameworks like Angular. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining scalable applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Java (with Spring Boot) for back-end services and Angular for the front-end.
• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Implement robust and scalable back-end services and APIs using Java.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams to define requirements and deliver high-impact features.
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and application stability.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, providing effective solutions to complex technical problems.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's development processes, tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in the Java and Angular communities.

Essential:

• 5-8 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, high-performance web applications.
• Strong, hands-on experience with the Angular framework and TypeScript.
• In-depth knowledge of Java, particularly with the Spring Boot framework.
• Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Expertise in building RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.

Skills: (technical skills)

Essential:

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Expertise in Angular for front-end development.
• Expertise in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Strong proficiency with GitHub and vecontrol workflows.
• Solid understanding of agile developmmethodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent debugging and problem-solvskills.

Desirable:

• Experience working in the financial services or banking industry.
• Knowledge of microservices, architecture and event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Familiarity with secure coding practices and application security principles
• Knowledge of performance testing andoptimization techniques for both Java Angular applications.
• Familiarity with monitoring and loggingtools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELKstack).
• Experience integrating agentic AI systeinto applications to automate complex tasks and workflows.
