Fullstack Developer

Design, build, and operate production-grade full stack web applications, enterprise platforms, and scalable digital solutions using modern frontend and backend technologies. Own application development end to end across UI engineering, API design, database integration, authentication, deployment, security, observability, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable full stack applications using modern frontend frameworks and backend service architectures.
• Build responsive, reusable, and accessible frontend components using React, Angular, Vue, or equivalent frameworks.
• Develop secure and reliable backend services, REST APIs, business logic, and integration layers using Python, Node.js or equivalent technologies.
• Own application architecture including frontend structure, API contracts, database design, authentication strategy, deployment approach, and operational readiness.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, transactions, indexing, and data access patterns across SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Build enterprise integrations with internal APIs, databases, document repositories, identity providers, messaging systems, and workflow platforms.
• Ship applications to production on cloud platforms. Integrate identity, networking, configuration, secrets, logging, monitoring, and runtime observability.
• Optimize application performance, page load time, API latency, database performance, scalability, and cloud cost.
• Implement secure coding practices including authentication, authorization, input validation, error handling, threat mitigation, and audit logging.
• Establish engineering practices including code quality, automated testing, CI/CD, release management, rollback strategy, and production support.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, participate in design reviews, define coding standards, and guide teams on scalable full stack engineering practices.

Must have

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong hands-on full stack development expertise.
• Strong frontend development experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, state management, and component-based UI development.
• Production experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular, Vue, or equivalent.
• Strong backend development experience using Python or equivalent server-side technologies.
• Experience designing production APIs and backend services using REST, async processing, service interfaces, validation, error handling, and secure API patterns.
• Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, schema design, query optimization, indexing, transactions, caching, queues, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Cloud deployment experience with containers, secrets and identity, networking, monitoring, alerting, and production operations.
• Experience with Git-based development, branching strategy, pull requests, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release governance.
• Security fundamentals including authentication, authorization, RBAC, OAuth2/OIDC, input validation, secure storage, dependency management, and audit logging.
• Observability proficiency including application logs, metrics, distributed tracing, dashboards, alerts, and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to write clean, modular, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Clear technical communication, collaborative code reviews, ownership mindset, and ability to work with product, design, QA, DevOps, and business teams.

Preferred project experience

• Built and supported production-grade enterprise web applications used by business users at scale.
• Integrated applications with enterprise systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, ERP/CRM platforms, or internal data platforms.
• Designed role-based workflows, approval flows, dashboards, admin portals, reporting screens, and audit-ready business applications.
• Implemented production monitoring, error handling, retry logic, background jobs, queue-based processing, and feedback loops for full stack applications.
